Orders & pricing.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, if a price was clearly listed in error, or if the item is out of stock. In those cases we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

Shipping.

See our Shipping page. We ship within the contiguous 48 United States only, currently. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Disclaimers.

Our products are general consumer goods, intended for use as described in each product listing. Topical care items (such as Beeswax Paw Balm) are for external, topical use on hands and skin and on a dog’s paws and nose — never for internal or ingestible use. We are not a supplement or pharmaceutical maker. Any care instructions are advisory, not medical advice; if your dog has a skin condition, please consult a veterinarian.

All photography, copy, and brand marks on this site are the property of Goodtail and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
