You can return anything you buy from us within 30 days of receiving it, in any condition, for any reason. No restocking fees, no awkward questions. Just write to hello@goodproxiva.store with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.

Lifetime craft guarantee.

We stand behind every piece we make. If something we made breaks, wears unevenly, or otherwise fails to live up to what you paid for it — write to us. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it. The only exception is normal wear from daily use (a patina on leather is a feature, not a defect).

How returns work.

Email hello@goodproxiva.store with your order number and the reason for return. We will send a prepaid USPS label. Once the package is received and inspected we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Gifts.

If something was a gift, we are happy to issue store credit to the recipient instead. Just let us know the order details and we will set it up.
