We collect the information you give us to place an order — your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and payment details. Our payment processor handles your card data; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it.

We use this information solely to fulfill your orders, send you order updates, and (if you opt in) email you occasional notes about new makes or restocks. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Cookies.

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the cart and checkout work, plus an optional analytics cookie that helps us understand what pages people read. You can disable cookies in your browser; the cart will not work without them, but everything else will.

Email opt-in.

When you subscribe to “Letters from the workshop,” we use your email only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email. We never resell newsletter lists.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to hello@goodproxiva.store and we will respond within 7 business days.
