When does my order ship?

Orders typically ship from our Pacific Northwest workshop within 2 business days of being placed. Pre-orders and custom sizing requests can take 7 to 14 days; we will email you a specific timeline within one business day of your order.

How does it ship?

Standard ground shipping is a flat $8 across the contiguous United States, free on orders of $120 or more. We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground depending on package weight. Delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business days from ship date.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We are working on an international option for 2026.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your label is printed. If you have not received one within 3 business days, please write to hello@goodproxiva.store and we will sort it out.
